Become an E.R.F. Field Researcher

As an E.R.F. Field Researcher, you’re an integral part of our creative travel and documentation team.

Field Researchers travel to diverse locations to observe and document ecosystems, environmental challenges, and conservation efforts, creating educational content to inspire eco-consciousness and community engagement. Your work involves capturing real-world stories, conducting on-site research, and helping E.R.F. produce impactful media that highlights the beauty and complexity of nature.

If you’re curious, adaptable, and eager to make a difference through hands-on fieldwork and storytelling, the Field Researcher role could be the perfect fit for you!

  • 1. Document Environmental Impact: Capture and analyze data on local ecosystems through hands-on exploration, providing valuable insights into biodiversity, habitat health, and ecological changes.

  • Use photography, video, and written narratives to share stories from the field, helping to raise awareness about environmental issues and E.R.F.’s conservation efforts.

  • Collaborate with community members, local organizations, and other researchers to foster eco-consciousness and support community-led conservation initiatives.

  • Assist in developing and delivering interactive, field-based learning experiences for E.R.F. classes and excursions, bringing real-world research into the classroom.
